Job Summary

The IT Support Agent role is an essential position in our organization, responsible for providing technical assistance and support to employees. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues and requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation of complex incidents.


Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via phone, email, and MS Teams.
  • Monitor and manage incoming tickets, analyzing and resolving incidents and service requests within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless resolution.
  • Document all actions and activities accurately, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge and experience with configuring and managing Windows 10/11 in a domain environment, as well as end-user devices.
  • Previous experience in an IT environment, preferably in a customer support or helpdesk role.
