Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to support the delivery and management of ongoing learning initiatives for our workforce. This role focuses on enhancing employee capabilities through targeted CPD programs, ensuring that professional standards are maintained and career growth is actively supported.

The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and departmental teams to promote a continuous learning culture, leveraging their expertise in long-term learning strategies and career development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of CPD programs across departments.
  • Maintain records of employee participation and progress in CPD activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external trainers to deliver subject-specific learning modules.
  • Support the creation and update of professional development pathways and learning materials.
  • Monitor compliance with CPD policies and professional standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by gathering feedback on CPD sessions.
  • Stay up to date with industry and regulatory CPD requirements.
  • Assist in integrating CPD initiatives with the organization's broader learning and development strategy.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in professional development, training coordination, or a related HR role.
  • Understanding of CPD frameworks and principles is preferred.
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LMS platforms.
Certification (Preferred):
  • Relevant certifications or CPD-related training are a plus.
Work Mode:

Office-based work environment.

Location:

Islamabad / Rawalpindi (DHA 1 Sector F, Rawalpindi).
