Technical Community Lead


">Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our technical community. This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining a content calendar, optimizing content for various social media platforms, discovering relevant forums and communities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce engaging content, growing and managing our Slack community, analyzing social media activities to extract actionable insights, and handling logistics for conferences and events.


">Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6-12 months of experience in social media management, preferably in the B2B sector.
  • Past experience of managing a user community on Slack or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to create engaging content tailored to a technical audience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Determined, resourceful and proactive attitude to uncover solutions and keep moving projects forward.
