
Global Customer Experience Advocate

As a key member of our global service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to clients worldwide.
About the Role:This is a fast-paced position with high-volume call levels. You should be able to use a computer, solve problems, multitask, provide excellent customer service, and meet Key Performance Indicators.
Responsibilities:- Record and update customer information in the database efficiently
- Engage with clients professionally and listen actively to their concerns, addressing issues promptly and resolving them effectively
- Provide proactive support and solutions according to established company policies
- Friendly and professional phone manner, basic technical and writing skills, and ability to learn industry-specific databases quickly
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a proven track record of success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and meet deadlines
- Quick learner with adaptability and value addition skills, demonstrating a willingness to grow and develop within the organization
