A key role in our growth strategy is to build out direct mail distribution and on-ground activation programs.

This position requires highly motivated, driven, and dedicated individuals who can deliver against challenging targets. The role is demanding and prizes high performance. It is field based and requires high energy and motivation.

Responsibilities include owning the direct mail distribution at area level:

  • Meeting daily and weekly targets for distribution
  • Meeting daily and weekly activation targets
  • Reporting on daily progress and challenges faced during the course of work

Suitable candidates will demonstrate strong work ethic and skills to effectively operate as part of a sizable team and to partner up with other teammates. High performers will have the opportunity to move into senior roles that entail managing a team and the distribution program. Active communication lines with teammates are critical for this role.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A mode of conveyance (preferably a bike)
  • Proficiency in technology use
  • Effective communication and teamwork
