Job Title: Regional Business Growth Manager

Achieving Sales Excellence

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven District Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving assigned sales volume and value targets. This role requires comprehensive coverage of targeted customers, timely execution of planned promotional activities, and strong business relationships with key customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Team Leadership: Manage assigned sales team to achieve yearly sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Ensure regular visits to major customers/dealers for strengthening business relationships and resolving pending issues.
  • Training and Development: Plan, execute, and follow up on customer education events with the sales team.
  • Team Motivation: Develop and motivate the sales team to ensure retention and high performance.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Assigned yearly sales targets (45% weight).
  • Target achievement per team member per month.
  • Regular distributor and key customer visits.
  • Execution of planned promotional activities and submission of reports.
