Human Resources Manager

This role is responsible for providing strategic human resources support, including talent acquisition and management, performance analysis, compliance monitoring, and administrative services.

  • Talent Acquisition: Coordinate the hiring process, schedule interviews, administer pre-employment assessments, and prepare offer letters.
  • Performance Management: Analyze employee performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted solutions.
  • Compliance Support: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, review and update policies and procedures, and maintain accurate personnel records.
  • General Administration: Oversee daily office operations, manage budgets, and coordinate training programs.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their work.
