About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Virtual Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial domain, you will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of 400+ vendors, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of vendors to achieve business targets and objectives.
- Achieve vendor operating hour, vendor fail rate, and deal acquisition targets.
- Acquire and sell growth products/tools on our platform, reaching weekly and monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to generate revenue.
- Provide end-to-end account management and after-sales service, ensuring 100% vendor satisfaction.
- Create long-term relationships with accounts, maximize their return on investment, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Analyze performance data to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth vendor experience and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proven track record of managing clients and achieving business targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Experience in account management, sales, or FMCG/B2B/E-commerce industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents.
