  • Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a culture of compliance and integrity.
  • Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • HR Strategy & Process Improvement: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • HR Data Management & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present HR data to inform business decisions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
