Responsibilities:
  1. System Maintenance: Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including updates, patching, and troubleshooting to ensure Linux server stability and security.
  2. Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and address issues proactively to optimize Linux server performance and associated applications.
  3. Security Implementation: Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard systems, networks, and data. Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  4. Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies to protect critical data. Test and validate backup processes to ensure data integrity.
  5. On-call availability may be required for outages, troubleshooting, and campaign activities.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  2. Proven experience as a Linux System Administrator, with a deep understanding of Linux operating systems (CentOS, Ubuntu).
Skills:
  1. Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python) for automation tasks.
  2. Strong knowledge of networking protocols and security best practices.
  3. Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.
