Hospitality Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Business Development Manager to join our team at Plaza Premium Lounge Singapore Pte. Ltd. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for driving business development and revenue growth across our properties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel revenue management, with experience in developing and implementing comprehensive revenue strategies. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and effective execution of revenue-enhancing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and licensing agreements.
- Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop and implement revenue growth strategies that maximize revenue potential, taking into account market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel revenue management, with prior multi-property management experience highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, advanced understanding of hotel revenue management processes and strategies, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in hotel revenue management systems and tools, and strong command of Excel and data analysis software.
- Languages: A strong command of both written and spoken English is required.
