Job Description

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team. As a trusted partner to our senior leadership, you'll play a key role in managing executive communication and driving stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement effective document management procedures to ensure data security and accessibility.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Take accurate minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Prioritize incoming requests, emails, and correspondence to ensure efficient time management.
  • Act as a liaison between internal/external stakeholders and board members.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and presentations as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute.
  • 0-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with tasks associated with corporate affairs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
