About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced student recruitment professional to join our team in Pakistan. As a Recruitment Advisor, you will play a key role in building our brand and reputation in the region, securing international student enrollments, and engaging with multiple recruitment channels.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to maximize student growth from Pakistan.">
  • Attend education fairs, exhibitions, and other recruitment events across Pakistan to meet prospective students and offer-holders.">
  • Work closely with colleagues from the International Recruitment, Admissions, Marketing, and Compliance teams to implement robust recruitment and admissions processes.">
  • Organize and support recruitment-focused events, such as offer-holder briefings and pre-departure events.">
  • Conduct market research, gather contact information for high school counsellors, and analyze competitor institution entry requirements from Pakistan.">
  • Source, analyze, and provide market intelligence from the Pakistan market.">
  • Track all expenditure in line with agreed budgets and contribute to the development of business cases and budget plans for forthcoming years.">
  • Undertake regular outbound calling of prospects, work with the conversion team on pre-departure virtual activities, and follow up with prospects and applicants.">

Person Specification:

">
  • Educated to Master's degree level or equivalent, preferably from the UK or Ireland.">
  • Understanding of the opportunities and challenges affecting the global higher education market.">
  • Demonstrable 3+ years' experience in student recruitment, preferably in Pakistan.">
  • Proven experience in planning and implementing effective recruitment and conversion plans to maximize student growth from priority markets.">
  • Knowledge of UK visas and immigration, such as study visas.">
  • Experience in managing an extensive agent network for student recruitment purposes.">
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize demanding workloads, and meet deadlines in a pressurized environment.">
  • Willingness to adopt a flexible working approach, including working unsocial hours, weekends, or occasional public holidays when required.">
