We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced support professional to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients worldwide.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage support systems, live chat, phone calls, and support tickets/emails to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Administer Linux servers and provide technical support operations, including implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, security, and usage monitoring.
  • Provide customer support by administering and maintaining web hosting services and servers to support business operations and end users.
  • Follow up on client issues via Helpdesk and provide necessary support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Problem solver with analytical thinking abilities and strong communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Hosting Control Panels such as cPanel, WHM, Plesk, etc.
  • Familiarity with WHMCS and other ticket management systems.
  • Expertise in Linux command line and shell scripting.
  • Understanding of web technologies, platforms, applications, search engines, DNS/BIND, Email, Web server, monitoring/NMS, clustering, rDNS, email clients (Outlook/Thunderbird).
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as Xen, XenServer, VMware, Hyper-V.
  • Able to manage customer VPS and dedicated servers and troubleshoot reported issues.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the web hosting industry and Linux server administration.
  • Ability to work independently and report to Team Lead/Manager.
