Senior Sales Position Available

Horizon Tech is seeking an accomplished Chief Sales Officer to oversee our sales operations and drive customer acquisition. This role demands a deep understanding of sales strategies and leadership.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Sales Team: Manage the sales team to achieve remarkable growth, set ambitious targets, and monitor progress closely.
  2. Develop Strategic Plans: Create and execute comprehensive plans to expand our customer base, solidify our market presence, and ensure continued innovation.
  3. Recruit and Coach Talent: Own the recruitment process, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives, nurturing a high-performance team culture.
  4. Strengthen Customer Bonds: Foster enduring customer relationships through strategic partnerships and a deep understanding of their needs.
  5. Present Reports and Forecasts: Provide detailed sales, revenue, and expense reports, accompanied by realistic forecasts, to the management team for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
  1. At least 5 years of experience in a sales management or leadership position.
  2. BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
  3. A successful track record as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  4. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
