Territory Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding market needs, and driving sales to meet assigned targets.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven sales background in FMCG or Consumer sector, with a resilient work ethic and positive approach. They will be able to analyze customer data, make impactful decisions, and persuade influencing and consultation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building customer relationships and aligning product range with customer needs.
  • Understanding consumer preferences and ensuring our brands remain top choice for customers and healthcare professionals.
  • Implementing promotional campaigns and guiding retailers on effective merchandising.
  • Ensuring products are well-stocked and negotiating display enhancements and promotions.
  • Driving sales forward to meet and surpass assigned targets.
Requirements:
  • Sales background in FMCG or Consumer sector.
  • Independence and ability to carve out sales opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service passion.
  • Analyzing customer data and making impactful decisions.
  • Persuasive influencing and consultation skills.
