Productivity & Collaboration Expert

We are seeking an experienced Productivity & Collaboration Expert to lead our digital product suite. This role requires strong market insight, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer-centric ICT solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in product management within ICT, telecom, or digital services. They should also have strong knowledge of cloud-based enterprise solutions and technologies.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Garaj Enterprise & Digital Solutions portfolio, including Microsoft, RedHat, Garaj Mail, and Garaj 24/7.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning in the B2B ICT and cloud services space.
  • Develop and execute branding and marketing strategies in collaboration with relevant teams to boost product awareness and positioning.
  • Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and ROI analyses to support investment and portfolio expansion decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in product management within ICT, telecom, or digital services.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based enterprise solutions and technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing product portfolios with financial accountability (P&L).
