Job Description:

As a skilled Nurse Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare technology. Responsibilities:
  1. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver AI training that accurately reflects real-world clinical scenarios.
  2. Evaluate AI performance in interpreting patient cases, diagnostic tests, and lab results, providing expert feedback to enhance accuracy.
  3. Author detailed case studies and documentation to support AI development, ensuring medical relevance and precision.
  4. Provide insights into health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education for diverse populations.
  5. Review and refine AI recommendations for prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic tests, drawing from your independent clinical authority.
  6. Engage in continuous learning and share industry best practices to enhance AI capabilities in primary care and specialty settings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and active registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with advanced graduate-level education are mandatory.
  • Demonstrated authority and experience in diagnosing, treating, and managing acute, episodic, and chronic illnesses are necessary.
  • Proven ability to independently order, interpret, and utilize lab work and imaging studies in patient care is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for bridging clinical knowledge and technology, are required.
  • A strong commitment to health promotion, disease prevention, and patient-centered care is necessary.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical decision support systems is preferred.
  • A detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and eagerness to participate in projects that transform the future of medicine are desired.
