Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Software Development Lead to join our team and lead the development of high-impact healthcare platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical development of complex, scalable healthcare products
  • Hands-on development and review of code with adherence to best practices
  • Full-stack knowledge with strong hands-on experience in Angular; PHP and Node.js experience is a plus
  • Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability
  • Design scalable architectures using micro frontends and Dockerization
  • Manage and guide CI/CD pipelines based on Bitbucket
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time production environments
  • Lead technical planning, system design, and product life cycle management
  • Work collaboratively in a Scrum-based Agile environment
  • Ensure best practices in coding, reusability, and system robustness
  • Work closely with stakeholders including senior management, product owners, and front desk leads
  • Strong understanding and implementation of SQL and NoSQL databases
Must-Have Requirements
  • 4–6 years of relevant development and leadership experience
  • Strong command of Angular and experience with scalable front-end architectures
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket-based), and production deployment strategies
  • Ability to write high-performance, clean, and maintainable code
  • Exposure to application security principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in system design, troubleshooting, and managing full software lifecycles
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases
