Credit Control Assistant

We are seeking a Finance Administrator to support our growing business. The successful candidate will assist the Credit Control function and perform various administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Efficiently manage daily correspondence
  2. Process invoices accurately and within deadlines
  3. Maintain confidentiality and use discretion when necessary
  4. Prepare invoices that meet client requirements
  5. Communicate effectively via phone and email
  6. Support the team during peak periods
  7. Complete general tasks as assigned
  8. Send statements and reminders according to company procedures
  9. Collections debts from clients within agreed terms
  10. Record queries related to disputed invoices
