Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of sales experience in high-growth corporate markets.
  • Prior sales experience with physicians as the primary point of contact.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting and negotiating.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
  • Collaboration with team members and independent work.
  • Confidence in adapting selling approaches based on customers' needs and situations.
  • Maintaining integrity, high ethics, and professional codes of conduct at all times.
  • The ability to deliver complex information clearly, structured, and compellingly.
  • Proficiency in consultative selling, preferably with knowledge of the Challenger technique or related methods.
  • General computer efficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint operation.
