- This role involves establishing new relationships with dentists and dental clinics or groups in assigned areas, achieving personal sales targets.
- The ideal candidate will represent Straumann Group products and services by understanding customer needs and objectives to identify suitable solutions.
- Investigate and resolve customers' problems while effectively communicating Straumann Group offerings and value propositions to key decision makers.
- Another important aspect of this job is generating leads and building relationships by nurturing prospects and identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong ties with existing accounts through regular visits.
- You will also be responsible for managing a pipeline of prospects using our CRM system, quote and finance tools, ensuring data discipline.
- Foster education event attendance based on target lists from marketing via outbound calling.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of sales experience in high-growth corporate markets are required.
- Prior sales experience with physicians as the primary point of contact is highly preferred.
- Effective communication skills for presenting and negotiating are essential.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities, are required.
- Collaboration with team members and independent work are necessary.
- Confidence in adapting selling approaches based on customers' needs and situations is crucial.
- Maintaining integrity, high ethics, and professional codes of conduct at all times is vital.
- The ability to deliver complex information clearly, structured, and compellingly is crucial.
- Proficiency in consultative selling, preferably with knowledge of the Challenger technique or related methods, is advantageous.
- General computer efficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint operation, is necessary.
