About the Role:

This role supports a significant portion of the organization's engineering department. As a strategic HR partner, you will provide dedicated services to this team, partnering with stakeholders to drive people processes, lead talent initiatives, gather feedback, and facilitate effective performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Main point-of-contact for employee questions on policies, benefits, and other people matters.
  • Executing end-to-end people processes, such as surveys, growth cycles, and providing timely business feedback to the people sciences team.
  • Acting as a thought partner to stakeholders and business leadership, offering advice based on experience and expertise.
  • Assessing business challenges and suggesting alternate people solutions that address concerns and complaints.
  • Maintaining high-quality, timely, and professional service until each case or concern is fully addressed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant HRBP/PBP experience, preferably in technology or engineering functions.
  • 3+ years of experience conducting internal or external investigations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related area preferred.
  • Excellent self-management and interpersonal skills.
