Senior Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services.
- To guarantee timely completion of periodic monitoring processes and provide support to teams to implement and monitor quality assurance and compliance matters.
- To understand and facilitate reporting requirements related to Quality Assurance work and foster good quality assurance practices across the plant.
- To document business processes within the area of Quality Assurance & Enhancement to ensure business continuity.
- To ensure that quality assurance and quality enhancement processes are reviewed and updated periodically to reflect any changes in requirements.
- To inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy customer requirements and audits.
- Undertaking regular internal and process audits of the QMS ISO 9001:2015.
- Addressing non-conformities found through corrective actions.
- Operating in accordance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors.
- Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement controls and improvements.
- Maintaining up-to-date records and reports as required.

Requirements- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as industrial engineering, with at least 4 years of relevant experience. A master's degree is preferred.
- Relevant experience in quality control in a reputable manufacturing company is desirable.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and auditing procedures.
