Night Helpdesk Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide technical assistance during night shifts in our IT support team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to technical inquiries via phone or chat and resolve hardware and software issues remotely
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity problems
  • Document all technical interactions and resolutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a helpdesk role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
