
B2B Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Sales Representative to join our team at Recruizzy.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to deliver exceptional customer service
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and efficiency
Requirements:
- Fluent English: Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Experience: 2+ years in sales (preferably in the US market)
- Sales Skills: Persuasive, target-driven, and able to handle objections effectively
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and sales management tools
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, confident, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Availability: Comfortable with night shifts (US time zone) 7pm - 4am
This role offers a competitive salary range of PKR 80k – 120k and is based in Main Ferozpur Road (Near Mozang), Lahore.
