
Enterprise Sales Representative

Motive is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Representative to join its team. As an SMB Outbound Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with executive decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:- High-volume cold calling and prospecting for new business opportunities
- Demonstrating Motive's technology platform to prospective fleet managers and drivers
- Surveying prospects to understand their business needs and aligning them with Motive's solutions
- Educating fleet managers and drivers about Motive, understanding their requirements, and helping them get started
- Maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and providing accurate forecasts for revenue
- Developing a deep understanding of Motive's technology platform and operations
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and using this knowledge to inform consultative insights
- 2+ years of outbound sales experience preferably with B2B international clients (US/Canada/UK)
- Strong track record of hunting, exceeding quotas, and rapidly growing your book over time
- End-to-end ownership attitude from prospecting to closing
- Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers and influence outcomes
- Data-driven mindset for charting a path to short, medium, and long-term sales goals
- Best-in-class communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree and/or exposure to US/Canada/UK B2B customers
