Business Development Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our Sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coaching and training the team to meet sales targets, understanding clients' requirements, providing leadership and guidance, ensuring the team is equipped to market properties, following up with clients for evolving requirements, maintaining good relationships and seeking new business opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce management, ensuring the team is coached, trained, and has the necessary skills to meet sales targets.
- Understand clients' requirements and effectively communicate them to the sales team.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to ensure they are meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ensure clients are thoroughly briefed about relevant property units and that the sales team is equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively demonstrate and market properties to potential buyers.
- Ensure timely closure of deals and follow up with clients to understand evolving changes in requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and actively seek out new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
Requirements:
- Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience.
- Passionate about sales, with commitment and focus on excellence, team building, and customer service.
- 4-5 years of experience in sales, with prior experience in managing teams being preferable.
