Procurement Professional Role

We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in obtaining quotations from suppliers and managing the procurement process from estimation to final payment.
  • They will prepare comprehensive comparative statements, ensure smooth system functioning, and investigate discrepancies between goods ordered and received.
  • Liaise with suppliers and finance department to resolve pending deliveries and payments.
  • Monitor vendor performance and generate monthly budget variance reports.
  • Coordinate testing, evaluation, and resolution of complaints regarding new product samples.

About This Role:

  • Purchasing equipment, materials, general items, and supplies.
  • Preparing purchase orders, payment notes, and managing system functionality.
  • Resolving discrepancies and liaising with suppliers and finance department.
  • Monitoring vendor performance and generating reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as procurement or supply chain management.
  • Proven experience in procurement roles with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
