
HR Generalist: Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits Specialist

As a dedicated and experienced HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's human resources functions. This position demands a high level of expertise in recruitment, payroll management, benefits administration, and performance appraisals.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Vacancy Management: Closely monitor vacancy factors to ensure minimum vacancies and make recommendations for optimal staffing levels.
- Payroll Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, coordinating with regional schools and Central Office Finance Department as needed.
- Benefits Administration: Administer all benefits, including leaves, EOBI, SESSI, freeship, provident fund, health and life insurance, and overtime, according to established HR policy and procedures.
- Compliance and Record Keeping: Ensure compliance with performance appraisals, maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and guarantee proper accessibility of all general and employee files.
- HR Queries and Reporting: Handle all HR-related queries in the Southern Region, report incidents and misconducts to the Legal Affairs person of Central Office-HRD, and provide timely data access as required by management.
- Effective Communication Skills: Possess excellent negotiation, communication, and drafting/writing skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrate ability to handle a team and lead them towards achieving organizational goals.
- Technical Expertise: Be proficient in MS Office and MS Excel to efficiently manage HR functions.
- Flexibility: Be flexible in traveling to other cities as required by the organization.
