Job Title

Lead a talented team of creative professionals and drive the creative direction of our digital presence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong vision for brand identity, content strategy, and digital storytelling. They will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams focused on content creation, production, and design, as well as digital media and online reputation management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute high-impact creative strategies for social media, digital campaigns, and brand engagement
  • Lead content ideation, planning, and production across platforms
  • Oversee ORM efforts including brand monitoring, sentiment analysis, and real-time response strategies
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, PR, and media buying teams to ensure creative alignment and campaign cohesion
  • Manage and mentor a creative team; review content and provide constructive feedback
  • Translate brand and business objectives into compelling, data-driven digital content strategies
  • Keep up-to-date with digital trends, tools, formats, and competitor activity
  • Own the visual and verbal tone of the brand across all digital assets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in digital/social media marketing, content strategy, or creative leadership roles
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction, storytelling, and social media campaigns
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with ORM tools (e.g., Brand24, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
  • Sound understanding of SEO, analytics, and performance marketing
  • Experience working with design and editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
