We are seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to fill the role of HR Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategic human resources plans that align with the organization's overall business strategy
  2. Manage recruitment processes, including selection, hiring, and onboarding of new employees
  3. Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training programs to ensure a positive work environment and high-performing team
  4. Provide guidance and support to management on human resources policies and procedures to promote compliance and best practices
  5. Maintain accurate records and comply with relevant labor laws and regulations
Job Specification:

Required Skills:

  1. Proven experience in human resources leadership or similar roles
  2. Strong knowledge of human resources functions and best practices, including talent management, benefits administration, and employment law
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  4. Able to work independently in a remote environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  5. Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications

In this critical role, you will play a key part in shaping the company culture and ensuring we have the right people in place to drive our success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in an HR Lead role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
