  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, guaranteeing sales targets are met.
  • Monitor client deliveries, payments and receivables in a timely manner.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and process sales orders efficiently.
  • Collect valuable feedback from customers on our services and products, using it to enhance our offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date on stock status and maintain effective inventory management.
  • Inspect the quality of delivered items, including polishing, fixing and measurements.
  • Manage display items, including placement, pricing and store appearance.
  • Track customer orders through the system and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Address customer complaints, forward them to the complaints department and follow up to resolve issues related to goods and shortages.
