Job Title:

Senior Regional Finance Coordinator

Job Description:

This is a key role that supports the operational finance function in the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, overseeing data entry to prevent accounting errors, and advising on chart of accounts to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Additionally, they will develop and report on operations department management information systems, specifically departmental profit and loss statements and achievements of budgeted targets for development work.

They will also support the operational department in lodging insurance claims in case of mishaps and liaison between users and store/procurement/finance departments to mitigate issues and avoid delays.

Furthermore, they will be responsible for financial reporting of commissioned jobs and assist in processing quotations and invoices.

  • Record and track submitted invoices for payment.
  • Oversee data entry of focal persons to prevent accounting errors.
  • Advise on chart of accounts and ensure avoidance of wrong entries in financial records.
  • Develop and report on operations department MIS, specifically departmental P&L and achievements of budgeted targets for development work.
  • Support operational department in lodging insurance claims in case of mishaps.
  • Liaison between user and store/procurement/finance departments to mitigate issues and avoid delays.
  • Financial reporting of commissioned jobs.
  • Assist in processing 03 quotation invoices and ensure that required documents are attached along with necessary approvals from competent authority.
Requirements:

MBA in finance/accounting/supply chain or ACCA with 02 years of experience.
