We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Executive with a strong background in healthcare social media marketing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven ability to manage and grow social media platforms, and a passion for delivering engaging, informative content that aligns with our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies tailored to the healthcare sector.
  • Create compelling content (posts, videos, infographics) for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely, professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support integrated campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in healthcare and digital marketing.
  • Ensure all content complies with healthcare industry regulations and brand guidelines.
  • Assist in managing paid social campaigns and influencer partnerships.
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is required.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

A strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics tools, and platform algorithms is necessary.

The ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects is also crucial.

Familiarity with healthcare compliance and privacy standards (HIPAA knowledge is a plus)

A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling is required.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
About this Role

This is a full-time position working 5 days a week with medical insurance, provident fund, market competitive salary, pick and drop services, and intermediate / A-Levelor higher job level.
