Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional with strong financial skills and passion for collaborating with leading companies worldwide. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in QHSE management and proficiency in risk assessment tools and audit methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with workplace processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations such as OSHA, EPA, and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • Policies & Procedures: Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Training & Development: Conduct training sessions to educate employees on QHSE practices and protocols.
  • Culture & Engagement: Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.
  • Audits & Compliance: Plan and execute internal and external audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Investigations: Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Engineering or related field degree (BSc).
  • 5-10 years of experience in QHSE roles, preferably in manufacturing, oil & gas, or similar industries.
  • NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certifications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the development of our company's QHSE framework.
