As a key member of the Edge Talent team, you will play a pivotal role in preparing candidates for success throughout the hiring journey and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically match candidates with client opportunities based on experience, skills, and credentials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align talent mapping with evolving client requirements.
  • Lead mock interviews to improve candidate presentation and preparedness.
  • Serve as liaison between candidates and commercial teams, ensuring smooth coordination of interviews, timelines, and client communications.
  • Integrate commercial team feedback into enablement strategies and refine processes to meet client demands.

This role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for empowering others.

Requirements:
  • Proven ability to match candidates with client opportunities based on experience, skills, and credentials.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead mock interviews and provide feedback.
