About Us

Mindstorm Studios designs, develops and markets some of the top games in the world.

We are looking for a HR Business Partner with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Lahore.

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior HR members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive employee experience.

The HR Business Partner will report to the Director of People Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of people plans and initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Assist in performance management processes including goal setting, feedback cycles and career development initiatives.
  • Driving employee engagement culture and maintaining benchmark.
  • Handling HR operations mainly including HRIS ATS Total Rewards and Payroll Assistance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to attract top talent streamline recruitment processes and develop retention strategies.
  • Generating insight from HR data and evidence utilizing and applying the evidence base to support business objectives or strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related subject.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR role preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
  • A good listener of a team member's concerns and is being empathetic. Goes the extra mile to resolve issues.
  • Comfortable with HR systems and familiar with tools like HRIS and ATS.
  • Willingness to take ownership and get involved in both strategic initiatives and daily HR operations.
  • Experience of supporting Senior Managers in the development of their business area to ensure key business aims and objectives are achieved.
