Sales Growth Executive

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by selling property units to clients. You will also conduct visits to understand client requirements and provide demonstrations to ensure timely closure of deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Sales and meet monthly targets
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of product offerings and routes to brief potential investors effectively
  • Maintain daily/monthly/weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Understand client needs and preferences
  • Brief clients thoroughly on relevant property units
  • Conduct site visits and provide demonstrations to clients
  • Follow up with clients to address evolving requirements
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of professional working experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
