Talent Acquisition and ManagementWe are seeking a talented HR and L&D Manager to lead our talent acquisition and management efforts.
The successful candidate will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, lead training programs, and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, conduct thorough interviews and background checks, and onboard new employees.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver engaging training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge in areas such as child development, classroom management, safety, and first aid.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, maintain accurate employee records, and develop HR policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and L&D, preferably in a childcare or education setting.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
