Key Responsibilities:

  • Build business relationships by identifying and selling Stormfiber products to prospects.
  • Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and researching sales options.
  • Sell Stormfiber products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Ensure timely provision of knowledge of new promotions, products, and services to customers.
  • Explore new house passes in the assigned area and make door-to-door sales presentations to sell Storm Fiber services to potential and existing customers.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Promote a positive company image through customer care and providing solutions to day-to-day problems faced by customers.
  • Ensure effective implementation of Storm Fiber SOPs.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
