Job Title: People and Talent Manager

This role is responsible for leading the management of the organization's workforce, ensuring that the right people are in place to drive business success.

The ideal candidate will be able to attract, develop, and retain top talent, while also fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  2. Manage the hiring process, including interviewing and selecting new employees
  3. Develop and manage employee training programs to enhance skills and performance
  4. Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction, and develop initiatives to improve these metrics
  5. Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with business objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
