Job Title: Sales and Business Development Professional

Job Description:

  • Stay updated with the latest market trends in real estate to effectively connect potential clients with suitable projects.
  • Engage with generated leads by conducting regular calls to meet performance targets on a daily basis.
  • Schedule 10 client appointments, ensuring that at least one meeting is conducted every day.
  • Determine clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose the most suitable project options.
  • Accompany potential clients on site visits to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Promote effective negotiations with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably with a track record of success.
  • The ability to maintain medical requirements as per company standards.
  • Access to a laptop, mobile device, or internet-enabled device for efficient communication and data management.
