Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

- Maintain and develop relationships with key clients and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies that align with company goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to inform business decisions.
- Develop and test unique business strategies and concepts to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure effective use of CRM software to manage customer interactions and pipeline.
- Manage international client dealings, including B2B and B2C transactions.
- Conduct market research to predict changing trends and improve strategies accordingly.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing budgets and reviewing financial statements.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Critical thinking skills, analytical, and organized.
