
Customer Service Specialist

Our company seeks an experienced customer service professional to handle and resolve unstructured and complex complaints in a timely and effective manner for our customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on complaint handling. They will also perform root cause analysis to identify the source of problems impacting our customers.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal departments.
Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining optimum levels of service quality, resolving customer complaints within agreed timeframes, ensuring 100% of complaints are logged and updated on our CRM system, and contributing to process and quality improvement by highlighting recurring issues and investigating root causes.
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual who is able to work under pressure, multi-task, and adapt to change.
Key qualifications include a graduate degree, 1-5 years of experience in complaint handling, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and thorough knowledge of our products and services.
