Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented professional with a passion for document management?
Our team is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our Operations group and contribute to the effective management and maintenance of corporate records.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of document management systems, be proactive, and exhibit excellent coordination and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the centralized corporate records repository for group entities.
- Ensure proper scanning, classification, indexing, and secure storage of physical and electronic records in line with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect and archive essential records.
- Track and maintain the SharePoint Database for documents renewals.
- Ensure regular backups of digital records.
- Assist in records retrieval requests efficiently.
- Support process improvement initiatives for better document management systems and automation of recordkeeping functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with document management systems (SharePoint or similar tools).
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum: 3 to 4 years of experience.
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
