Global Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated and results-driven professional who possesses exceptional business development, marketing, and distribution channel management skills. The position requires the ability to navigate complex political and hierarchical structures within partner organizations, establish strong relationships with multiple stakeholders at various levels, and drive strategic partnerships that deliver significant value to all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key decision-makers in Pakistan to expand our reach and generate sales.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Foster long-term relationships with partners, assess their needs, and identify opportunities for mutual growth and support.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, marketing, and distribution channel management in Pakistan.
- Lived and worked in Pakistan.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, passion for making a difference, and ability to thrive in a fast-growing global environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, creatively, and hands-on, with a willingness to spend 10-15 days per month on the road interacting with resellers, customers, and partners.
