Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Affiliate Manager to join our team. As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a vital role in transforming the gaming industry.

You will be responsible for building affiliate networks, managing media buying, and shaping our global presence.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the affiliate network, setting clear performance expectations.
  • Train team members, educate affiliates, monitor affiliate performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Develop training programs to enhance affiliates' knowledge of products, policies, and procedures.
  • Find and develop new affiliates, expanding the network of promoters.
  • Support VIP partners and build good relationships with all partners.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure partner satisfaction by providing exceptional maintenance services.
  • Take charge of network performance and revenue.
  • Set clear performance goals, monitor KPIs, and take appropriate actions to improve team performance.
  • Analyze daily reports for improvement purposes.
  • Drive process improvement within the affiliate network.
