We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our medical billing services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and promoting our revenue cycle management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Sales and Marketing: Present and promote medical billing and RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) services to doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers in the US.
  • Relationship Building: Understand client requirements and offer customized service solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, tele sales, or client acquisition (preferably in the healthcare or medical billing industry).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Negotiation and Presentation Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with US healthcare system and medical billing terminology is a plus.
  • Work Habits: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Comfort Level: Comfortable working night shifts (US hours).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
