Our Journey

The Division
Premier Construction offers industry-leading business management and accounting software, providing integrated solutions that enhance productivity and improve bottom-line results. Our technology solutions cater to vertical markets in North America, Europe, and Australia.

The Position
We are seeking a skilled Tier 1 Technical Support specialist with expertise in Accounting to join our Customer Success Team. The ideal candidate will respond to client calls, research and troubleshoot issues, and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Apply knowledge to solve a range of problems effectively
  • Create development 'bug' reports and work with development teams to ensure completion and proper testing
  • Keept customers informed of case status, provide next steps, and anticipated resolution times
  • Manage customer issues through troubleshooting, listening, problem-solving, positive action, information gathering, and case escalation when necessary
  • Prioritize, balance, and multitask competing issues based on impact, customer urgency, issue length, and political sensitivity
  • Maintain a high-quality, professional service-oriented image with customers and internal staff
